Mila‘s yogic journey began as a teenager when curiosity led her to take an after school Vinyasa yoga course. Her asana practice opened the gateway to deeper realms of the yogic lifestyle, and she is forever grateful for the growth that has been offered on this path.
Her teaching style is dynamic and fluid, focusing on body awareness, intuitive movement and conscious breath. Drawing from her Venice roots, Mila‘s classes flow along to groovy soundtracks with playfulness and ease. She invites students to come with open hearts so that we may share in the experience of freeing the body, steadying the mind, and radiating from the Soul. Come and play! All are welcome.
